Summerville Hosts 2023 CACCE Annual Management Conference

The 2023 CACCE Annual Management Conference reinforced the commitment of Chamber Executives to drive positive change in their local communities. 

The 2023 CACCE Annual Management Conference was an exceptional gathering of Chamber Executives from North and South Carolina who sought innovative solutions, motivation, and knowledge to empower their local communities. Held from Wednesday, October 18, to Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Hilton Garden Inn & Lowcountry Conference Center in Summerville, SC, this event was a memorable experience.
 
Presenters included Rebecca Collett from
Collett Media and Zach Giglio from Giglio Communications & Marketing. Both are Summerville residents and entrepreneurs who shared their expertise with the audience. 

 

Representative Robby Robbins also spoke to the crowd about initiatives in the state and how the government can support the work of Chambers. 

Hosted by the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, the event's Southern charm was the perfect backdrop for discussing community development. Attendees enjoyed the historic charm and vibrant spirit of Summerville, making the conference not only educational but also enjoyable.
 
 The conference provided attendees with problem-solving strategies, motivational insights, and the latest knowledge needed to excel in their roles as Chamber Executives. Networking opportunities abounded, allowing professionals to connect, share ideas, and build valuable relationships

 The 2023 CACCE Annual Management Conference was a success, and it reinforced the commitment of Chamber Executives to drive positive change in their local communities. It was a gathering that left attendees inspired and better equipped to face the challenges of community development.

Larry Collett is the President & CEO of the Larry Collett Consulting Group, a professional development firm teaching, training, and specializing in The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and The 6 Types of Working Genius by Patrick Lencioni of The Table Group. Claire Louder, IOM, CAE, MPP has been a chamber and association executive since 1989, including most recently 10 years with the West Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce in Odenton, Maryland. She is passionate about helping organizations succeed through establishing strategic direction and adopting industry best practices. 


She formed Louder NonProfit Strategies, LLC in 2016 to provide strategic planning, benchmarking, and mentoring to chamber and association clients. As the recent executive of a small chamber, she works with smaller organizations to set an affordable price point.
