This year’s theme, Make Influence Your Superpower, resonated deeply with attendees as we explored the transformative potential of relationships, leadership, and communication.

The 6th Annual Women's Luncheon, presented by REV Federal Credit Union, was an inspiring gathering of women dedicated to making meaningful connections and creating lasting change in our community and beyond. Hosted at the Middleton Place Pavilion, the event embodied empowerment, collaboration, and the power of influence.

Harnessing Influence for Impact

This year’s theme, Make Influence Your Superpower, resonated deeply with attendees as we explored the transformative potential of relationships, leadership, and communication. The discussions centered around how authentic connections serve as a catalyst for positive change, both personally and professionally.

A Powerful Keynote by Dr. Merissa Ferrara Elisei

We were honored to welcome Dr. Merissa Ferrara Elisei as our keynote speaker. A highly regarded communication expert, educator, and leader, Dr. Ferrara Elisei brought over 20 years of experience in transforming individuals and organizations through effective communication. As an Associate Professor at the College of Charleston and Executive Director at 4Ward Operations, she integrates her academic background—holding a Ph.D. from Michigan State University and a B.A. from Marquette University—with real-world expertise.

Dr. Ferrara Elisei’s dynamic and engaging approach captivated the audience, demonstrating how refining communication skills can elevate influence, strengthen professional and personal relationships, and drive meaningful change. Her interactive style and relatable insights left attendees feeling empowered and ready to apply their newfound knowledge to their own lives.

Celebrating Connections and Community

The event was a celebration of the incredible women who continue to uplift and support one another. Attendees had the opportunity to network, share experiences, and engage in conversations that fostered personal and professional growth. The energy in the room was palpable, reflecting the enthusiasm for building relationships that matter.

Gratitude to Our Sponsors and Supporters

This empowering event would not have been possible without the generosity and commitment of our sponsors.

A special thank you to Elizabeth Grace Smith of Capture Your Happily Ever After for beautifully documenting the event through her lens.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on the insights and connections made at this year’s Women’s Luncheon, we are reminded of the power of influence and the impact we can create when we come together with intention and purpose. Thank you to all who attended—we look forward to continuing this journey of empowerment, inspiration, and transformation with you.

Until next year, let’s continue to make influence our superpower!
