Bridge Commercial announces award winners

Hagood Morrison, SIOR, MBA, CRE of Bridge Commercial came out on top in the list of winners in the Charleston market. 

CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, announced the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for the fourth quarter of 2021.


Hagood Morrison, SIOR, MBA, CRE of Bridge Commercial came out on top in the list of winners in the Charleston market. The CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.


Hagood is a recognized expert with over 26 years of real estate experience in leasing and selling logistics related facilities in the Greater Charleston area.

Will Crowell, SIOR of Bridge Commercial has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,200 commercial real estate professionals who have earned the coveted SIOR designation.


To achieve the SIOR designation, Will completed a minimum of five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.


Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. They are represented in more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.


Will Crowell focuses on landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for industrial real estate focused clients. Will specializes in helping solve complex industrial lease/sale transactions and develop strategies to further business growth for his clients. Will has worked with some of the largest companies in the Charleston region and leverages his market knowledge and real time data to help his clients make informed real estate decisions.


Will has over 6 years of commercial real estate experience and recently promoted to Associate Vice President of Bridge Commercial.
