EASE NEW YEAR'S GALA
Join us for the Biggest New Year's Party in Town!
Join Equal Accessibility & Support Everywhere (EASE) as we celebrate the new year with all the excitement it deserves! The gala will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Summerville in the Azalea Ballroom.
The party starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. Bring your dancing shoes, and get ready to boogie with the Summerville Orchestra's Jazz Ensemble.
Hors D'oeuvres begin at 6:00 upon entry and photo op. Then you'll move to the ballroom for dinner and dancing. Of course, we'll have more going on to show you who EASE is, and what we do. You won't want to miss out.

Sponsorship Levels Available:
Plate Sponsorship $100 – advertisement (10 available)
Monetary Sponsorship $250 – receive 1 ticket plus advertisement
Monetary Sponsorship $500 – receive 2 tickets plus advertisement (monetary sponsorships have
no limit. Every additional $250 receives another ticket)
Table Sponsorship $1000 – receive 4 tickets plus advertisement (12 available)
Photo Booth Sponsorship $600 – receive 2 tickets plus advertisement, additional advertising at
the photo booth that each attendant will go through at least once (1 available)
Bar Sponsorship $1000 – receive 4 tickets plus advertisement, additional advertising at the bar as
well (2 available)
Band Sponsorship $1200 – receive 6 tickets plus advertisement, additional advertising in front of
the stage as well. (2 available)
** Advertisement includes: Logo on all documentation, recognition at event, advertisement on
all social media platforms, as well as our email list and website. Documents are sent through
digital formats as well as at our in person events that are done.
