Bridge Commercial announces promotions within the company

CHARLESTON, SC – Tanya Suporn of Bridge Commercial has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager at Bridge Commercial. Tanya has received her promotion for her hard work and dedication throughout her tenure at Bridge Commercial.


Tanya relocated from Southern California to Charleston, SC in 2015 and began work in multifamily property management. She joined Bridge Commercial in 2019 and supports all aspects of the commercial property management line of service.


Seth Clark, Hagood S. Morrison, Daniel Pellegrino, John Beam and Will Crowell of Bridge Commercial have received promotions within the company. These agents have received promotions for their hard work and dedication throughout their tenure at Bridge Commercial.


Seth Clark has been promoted to Executive Vice President from Senior Vice President. Clark’s area of expertise is multifamily and land brokerage. He represents both sellers and buyers in some of Charleston’s largest mixed-use transactions.


Hagood S. Morrison, SIOR, has been promoted to Senior Vice President from Vice President. Morrison’s area of expertise is investment sales representing both sellers and buyers in all product types.


Daniel Pellegrino has been promoted to Senior Vice President from Vice President. Pellegrino’s area of expertise is land and retail brokerage with having been involved in multiple notable transactions in the last decade.


John Beam has been promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate. Beam’s area of expertise is industrial brokerage, leasing and sales, throughout the Charleston region.



Will Crowell has been promoted to Associate Vice President from Senior Associate. Crowell’s area of expertise is industrial leasing and sales.
