New office space allows for team to double in size in 2023

SUMMERVILLE, S.C.  – SeamonWhiteside (SW+), a full-service site design firm throughout the Carolinas, has moved its’ Summerville office to a new space in the heart of Summerville, South Carolina. The office, conveniently located in the downtown district at 712 N. Cedar Street, Summerville, SC, is dedicated solely to SW+ with no other shared tenants. This space allows the firm to accelerate growth within its workforce, with plans to double its number of Summerville staff in the new year.

“The Summerville team is a very tight-knit group and we are constantly working and collaborating on projects together. It was important for us to find a space conducive to these types of interactions,” says Jennifer Palmer, PE, Director of the Summerville Office. “This new space also gives us the opportunity to add more culture and events for our employees, like our recent Thanksgiving potluck in the new kitchen and a ping pong table in the new garage game room.”

With over 2,500 square feet, the new office space offers ample opportunity for collaboration among team members and clients, including two conference rooms, a lobby area, and four rooms for work areas. The office also brings to life the “SeamonWhiteside Way” of maintaining a healthy work-life balance with plans for a garage game room and a fenced-in outdoor workspace to welcome office pets and relaxation in the fresh air.

This latest office relocation allows for the accelerated growth SeamonWhiteside has recently experienced and is anticipating in the coming years.

The firm continues to expand its footprint in the Carolinas with five offices in Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Greenville, Spartanburg, and Charlotte, North Carolina. To learn more about potential employment opportunities at the Summerville office or any of SeamonWhiteside’s offices, visit
